A dependable car like the Toyota Corolla offers both families and commuters the kind of features and performance that make all your drives safer and more enjoyable. So, what does the latest model have to offer?

To show drivers in Nashville, Gallatin, and Madison what it’s capable of, Ron Hibbard Toyota put together this 2019 Toyota Corolla review.

2019 Toyota Corolla Performance

2019 Nissan CorollaThe 2019 Corolla offers two available powertrains. Both of them deliver excellent fuel economy and a sporty performance for an exciting and efficient drive.

This engine can run with either a 6-speed manual or a Continuously Variable Transmission with intelligence and Shift Mode (CVTi-S). That allows it to get up to an EPA-estimated 28 MPG city and 36 MPG [i] highway.

The other option is a 1.8L 4-cylinder engine that gets up to 140 horsepower and features efficient Valvematic technology. This engine only works with the CVTi-S and helps you get up to an EPA-estimated 30 MPG city and 40 MPG [ii] highway.
