Vehicle Reviews:
The All New Toyota Avalon Review

With its streamlined exterior, sophisticated interior and impressive features, the Toyota Avalon has always made a statement – but not quite like this. Recently unveiled at the 2018 North American International Auto Show, the all new 2019 Avalon is sure to stand out on the streets of Nashville, Gallatin and Madison.

Our team is excited to provide this “All New Toyota Avalon Review” in which we’ll discuss everything we know about the 2019 Avalon, such as the model’s most noticeable upgrades, available tech and more.

Powerful Engine Choices

The 2019 Avalon offers two engine choices. If you want a hybrid, you get a 460-volt 2.5L electric motor with a continuously variable transmission. Opt for standard gasoline and you’ll get a powerful 3.5L V-6 engine with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

While the power specs on these two engines aren’t yet available, the 2018 Avalon’s V-6 engine offers an impressive 268 horsepower, so we may be able to expect something similar in the 2019 version.

Stylish and Luxurious Sporty Design

The all new 2019 Toyota Avalon gets a noticeable facelift. It’s a little longer, lower and wider than previous models, giving it an even more streamlined appearance and a slightly roomier interior. The newly styled grille and available 19-inch alloy wheels add dramatic touches. The entire design commands attention.

On the inside, expect to find high-end finishes across all models of the 2019 Avalon, such as a genuine wood trim and Ultrasuede seats. In select models, satin chrome-finish accents only further enhance the interior’s modern flair. At the center of it all is a beautiful nine-inch touch display that is as seamless to use as a smartphone.

Impressive Tech Features

The 2018 Avalon didn’t skimp on tech, and the all new 2019 Avalon doesn’t either. Along with its improved touch display, it offers its own infotainment system – Entune 3.0. This system makes it easy to stay connected with a variety of features, including an available Wi-Fi® hotspot. And iPhone users, rejoice – all trims will come with Apple CarPlay™, which makes it easy and safe to enjoy all of your playlists.

Safety-wise, head-up display makes it easier and safer to monitor the vehicle’s stats while driving by “projecting” essential information at an upward angle that allows for easy viewing. This keeps the driver’s focus on the road. Advanced features such as Pre-Collision System and Lane Departure Alert sense and help to prevent road incidents, giving you and your passengers peace of mind.
